I'm 51, 5'6' and just reached 135lbs.....After years of being at 180lbs!

Once I turned 40, I noticed that my once slim and petite figure had started to gain weight, and bulge in unwanted areas.
My metabolism seemed to have slowed down significantly, and my health had also started to deteriorate.

I was fully expecting my Doctor to put the blame on me. To tell me that I was weak, and I just needed to eat right, and exercise more.

But wow, was I wrong.
He explained that he now had a completely different understanding of WHY women struggle to keep extra weight off.
The doctor told me there was a new, and very successful way to lose weight, and many of his patients were having success with it.
